Delete Your Account

This page explains how to delete your Groeipunt NT2 Trainer account and all associated data.

How to delete your account

1. Open the Groeipunt NT2 Trainer app on your device.
2. Tap the Settings icon (⚙️) in the top-right corner.
3. Scroll down to the Delete account button.
4. Confirm the deletion in the dialog.

What gets deleted

• Your account credentials (stored in AWS Cognito)
• All learning progress (words studied, test results, favourites)
• Your custom word lists
• Your app settings

Retention period

All data is deleted immediately and permanently. There is no retention period. This action cannot be undone.

Can't access the app?

If you are unable to access the app, send a deletion request to nt2boost@gmail.com from the email address associated with your account. We will process the request within 30 days.
